Just come back from a two night stay at Abbots Leigh B&B. Stayed in the Garden House in the back of the grounds. Beautiful spacious room and fabulous bathroom with a rolltop bath which my husband loved. Had one of the most comfiest bed, duvet and pillows in a LONG time, didn't want to get up.
Full English breakfast was extremely tasty and large portioned. Location is fantastic too. Would definitely recommend to other people.

Ideally located in the town which was about 5 - 10 walk to the centre of town, we stayed in the Garden house at the back of the property in room 3 a very spacious en suite large bed and also a single, large wardrobe which could have been …

This was such a wonderful place to stay. I was here with a group of women on a spiritual retreat, and it was amazing! The backyard garden felt like a little sanctuary, and we ended up doing yoga there several times. The breakfast was delicious, and of course you must also try the restaurant they also own in town, Queen of Cups!

The room was very good, bed comfortable, bedcovers and pillows immaculate (all white and pristine) en-suite great with roll top bath, towels white and good quality, so why, Oh why were the curtains hanging off the rails ??? Couldn't pull them over properly as half the curtains had come off the track and were just left ! How long would it take to put this right ? Looks awful from the outside and gives the wrong impression of how the room really is !
The breakfast was very good, more than enough and good quality ingredients. The cutlery was of good, heavy quality and it shone. The waitress was really sweet and couldn't do enough for us ... The owner was very hospitable and did everything he could do accommodate us.
So why was this small but important thing like the curtains, left to colour my impression of the room ? This really should be dealt with forthwith.
If we came to Glastonbury again, we would stay here .. hopefully with properly hung curtains.
Nearby activities: It was so near the town centre so extremely handy, but still not rowdy or noisy thru' the night.
Walkability: As above, a straight, flat walk to the actual centre, everyone pleasant, mannerly, and helpful.
Noteworthy details: All said above and in main txt.

We had the most wonderful long weekend stay at Abbots Leigh. Our room (Room 7) was truly magical. Big, private and spotlessly clean, with all amenities available, a sumptuous bed, lovely views and an incredible bathroom with kingsize bath. …
