“Next working day delivery” does not actually show up on the next working day… frustrating since this delivery option cost more than the box itself, was needed on this day, and now leaves us with even less time to find an alternative

Extremely poor service...the advert promised a next day delivery and i paid a premium for this. At no time was i told my delivery would be 4 days later...after my moving date. Please order your boxes from somewhere else...I suggested the owner got in his car and brought the boxes to me (that's what I would do) but he refused. Earlier in the day I was promised that they'd arrive today (day late) and this was then denied. I will not be receiving them tomorrow but the day after (allegedly and after I've moved). Shocking.

Ordered 100 meters of bubble wrap. I got a delivery boxed in a 2nd hand cardboard box used previously by a cloth company...go figure... Anyway, I received 30/40 meters max of bubble wrap, instead of the 100 meters I paid for. Also the bubbles were of such a poor quality that they won't protect anything I wrapped with them. In my opinion, save your money and go somewhere else. I feel like I'm being scammed...

The slogan 'guaranteed to be delivered un-damaged' that the company promotes on its site, doesn't work in reality. Be suspicious of 2 (and only 2) other reviews (my guess, it comes from friends or was ordered). From lots of customer service, I can say with absolute certainty (and I moved a lot across different countries), that I never received such a damaged product as from this company (pictures attached as a proof). Their hangers boxes were falling apart once being taken out of the delivery parcel, and other boxes are too weak. The reply from the company (see below) is that I ordered only single boxes, which is not the case. In fact, I ordered also 7 double boxes, and couldn't see any difference between them. I also ordered their standing clothes boxes (on the picture), which are simply a disgrace. I had a big move and ordered a lot of boxes from this company, to be replaced on last moment by the moving company. i contacted the company to ask for refund (I even offered a partial refund NOT full refund) to be said that I had first to return all the boxes (at my own cost) to the company in order to receive the refund. No solution in terms of satisfying a very unsatisfied customer (they expect me to send boxes from Holland????, which were replaced by the moving company because of awful quality??? Well, this doesn't resolve of course the problem, as it was an international move, and I never experienced such a bad service, product, and customer care in my 20 years of working and living across many countries. AVOID this company at all costs (you can find cheaper and better options on amazon, I wish, I knew it sooner rather than later)

Really Happy with House moving boxes. I received, the delivery was very straight forward and with a time slot.

I use them regularly heavy duty storage box. The cardboard box quality is good.

Amazing quality. The box is very sturdy and solved lots of my packaging issues. Also got the delivery on time. Overall very good experience. Straightforward value for money.
