I love this shop. I recently purchased a Swazi Candle for myself. I have not used it yet, but I am looking forward to lighting it. There are so many choices to purchase a gift to suit any member of the family or friend. There is always someone available to help explain where the products originated and how they should be used or cared for. I would recommend Art of Africa to purchase that unusual decorative item either for your own home or a gift.

A fantastic shop. Really pleased with my Beaded Guinea Fowl I bought from there. The lady in the shop was friendly and knowledgeable about the different products in the shop.

I have placed Several orders in the last couple of years for various instruments with Art of Africa & will continue to return in the future! All products are extremely well made and the customer service/care is beyond excellent. Also the knowledge that I am supporting a good cause is a huge bonus. Highly recommended!

A great experience with Art of Africa. We purchased a beautiful Shona sculpture - ethically sourced, and it comes with a biography honouring the artist. The team very helpfully shipped it to us, with a very good price. Thank you, Art of Africa, we will treasure our Big Mama forever!

My favourite shop in Glastonbury. Thrilled with my cheerful, fun, handmade Tunisian dinner plates. Well worth a visit.

I love browsing this shop whenever I visit Glastonbury - so many very different and even unique items - but when I saw the bird bath I knew it had to be mine! Hand carved from green opal and featuring my totem animal, a frog, it is utterly stunning. Steve proved he is a demi-god by carrying it to our car all by himself! 🤩. I get happy every time I look at this beautiful work of art. Thank you so much 😍

First came here many many years ago, lusting after their unusual African goat skin lamps. Finally took the leap and purchased one, grabbing some quality incense and other trinkets for my daughter. Love this place.
