Order not delivered, checked that night they had full address, order still not delivered the following day 'unusual circumstances'. I suggested alternative delivery idea but this was ignored as have my messages and email. I just want confirmation of a full refund. As it stands, I'm over £50 out of pocket. Please be careful if you are thinking of using this company. The customer services is awful, awful, awful.

Ordered tablets a week ago and they still haven't arrived. Have emailed customer service and phoned them and not had a reply. They should offer tracking details. Email says they have sent the goods a week ago with royal mail. I have ended up ordering more with Amazon today but not good enough as I really needed these tablets and it's now set me back

My deliveries have always been quick and I love the variety of products. I buy my echinacea drops from there regularly as they are good value. Only thing I don’t like is how many out of stocks items are on there because there is always something that I want out of stock

I love Indigo Herbs. I first ordered and last ordered from them in 2017, it was for my sister I purchased get well, stay well tea and oil for my sister, along with coconut oil and something else ( I can't remember ). This week I will be purchasing more things from them, as I love the product. I love that it is natural and quite honestly, 95% of this stuff you cannot find it quite the same in the United States. The only down fall is the time is take to get here, but that is due to me being overseas. I recommend them to everyone, especially those who have loved ones with illness such as cancer. 10/10 recommend.

I did use Indigo herbs regularly until they confused my order and placed it with someone else's email address, ordering on their account but charging me. When I pointed out their error they assured me that they would fully refund me which hadn't happened when I checked with my bank, I had to contact them again to ensure my refund. As this hasn't been the only problem when using this company, I can no longer trust or feel assured of a professional efficient service.

Excellent company with high quality products. I order from them because I know that when they sell something that is supposed to be organic, it's not cut with who knows what fillers. Spirulina, for example. Compare the colour of their spirulina with some of the store bought stuff; Indigo Herbs has a dark, sea-green colour while the others have a light green powdery texture. It's worth an extra pound or two + shipping to get the real thing. Their shipping times are quick and their customer service is efficient and helpful.

Having only received my 2 products, Cat's Claw and Turmeric, 2 days ago, it's too early to tell whether they are of benefit to me. But I wanted to comment on your great website, process, and delivery time - just 10 days from the UK to Australia - very impressive. Looking forward to a positive result with my products :))

Been a customer for years now and the quality is excellent, packaging is great and shipping in quick. This is my 1st stop for nutrients and supplements! Their new website is well designed and informative. Customer service is outstanding too!! Can't say enough about this little gem of a company! I highly recommend them.
