Ordered some gloves for my wife for Christmas, sent the wrong style totally, sent out the correct ones after Christmas and they were too small, sent them back, sent another pair XL which were even smaller, lying them on the pair that were a M they were obviously a lot smaller, it would appear how the gloves are sized depends on the skin and best guess. Very very disappointed that we have had to be given a refund instead of the gloves I ordered!

Had a pair of slippers a few years ago that lasted very well. My husband bought me a new paid and unfortunately got a dud - the colours were different and the odd-coloured one came unstitched on the first wear. Drapers replaced them within days with no quibbles - replacement pair is great and I'll buy from them again when these wear out.

Ordered my new slippers at the weekend, delivered the following Tuesday, excellent customer service. Have used Draper for several years now for my sheepskin slippers, lovely and comfortable, well made and at a reasonable price.

I bought my wife a pair of Lilly womens sheepskin mule slippers for Christmas, and she loves them. Unfortunately the lining of one began to wear through at the heel. I contacted Drapers and they sorted it out immediately, sending a new pair with no quibbles. Excellent customer service.

Very poor experience (not as pictured, poorly designed, manufacturing defects) & the review I wrote on their site either never appeared or was taken down. I strongly advise looking elsewhere. Update 13/2/23: As requested below, I contacted them on 2/2/23. I've received no response to my e-mail. Clearly they're more interested in appearing helpful to negate a bad review than in actually being helpful.

Just bought my first pair of Belinda slippers in the gorgeous regal purple. They are beautiful, perfectly fitting and so wonderfully warm. They also arrived within 48 hours. Definitely the best pair of slippers I've ever had....far better than my *ggs. Christmas for my Canadian relatives is sorted!

I ordered a pair of slippers that arrived a day early. They were not the right fit for me so I immediately used the freepost return service to exchange them. I received the new ones 3 days later. Impressive service. These are my second pair of slippers because the quality is so good

I recently bought the women’s shearling boots along with ankle boot slippers for myself and my husband. Most helpful guy spoke to me on the phone about preordering etc and took my boots order there and then as out of stock - they arrived within a week and are amazing. I then ordered slippers for us both and husbands came and were too tight. Returned them at Drapers expense using the returns included in my order and requested the larger size. The return and replacement were all done within a week, much to our surprise. They are wonderful and warm and snug and ideal for this cold weather. My husband suffers with cold feet and uses rechargeable insoles and has plenty of room to put these in as they settle down. Highly recommended and well worth the money 😊

Received new Slippers for Christmas from my better half and i must say i am rather impressed with the quality. My old matalan slippers always used to sweat my feet and feel damp. These slippers on the other hand with the wool are great for my sweaty feet as make my feet dry and warm all day. And so glad that they’re made in uk. My mom has some also and i will definitely buy my girlfriend a pair back in return
