Great gift shop with fantastic fantasy figures, funny goth items, cups, hats etc. Friendly staff. Well worth a visit and browse.

Love the stuff in shop . But customer service is absolutely awful.

I have been shopping in this lovely shop all during convid without any problems but on Monday I was rudely asked to leave as I wasn't wearing a mask. I've been in many times without a mask without problems. Normally there's a lovely young lady in the shop but now there's a very rude man. I will not be back to spend my money ever again. So unwelcoming.

There are many lovely fantasy goods. I felt fairly tale energy in here.Stuff was friendly.If you like lovely goods ,I recommend this shop.

Had a problem with something I bought here, they sorted it quickly and painlessly. Will be visiting again, many many thanks.

They have appropriately prriced clothing, some Harry Potter and general edgy shirts, tops, hoodies etc (nothing too gothic like spikes, but it's all black and all good) items and some brighter ornaments and trinkets near the front. Staff very friendly, the bags are also beautiful!
