Mary is always welcoming, helpful and positive when I visit.

I used to love going and shopping from that shop. However without me doing anything towards anybody in this shop, their attitude changed. This member of staff talked to me with her eyes, not with words, took the money gave me the item I bought (opalatie, heart shape, do not keep receipts, but shows on my bank statement)) , no thank you no smile. I was surprised and shocked. Certainly there is no more shopping from there at all.

This shop is amazing, a lovely lady showed me some beautiful angel crystals there we're so many beautiful crystals in there hard to choose but the angels were my favourite. Such a lovely feel to the place thank you for making me feel so welcome. See you again for some Christmas shopping.

Really lovely shop, went on to look at spiritual tarot cards of which they had a wide range however they were all sealed. no sample packs do no idea what the cards were like inside and no chance to feel if there was any connection with the cards. I was told by a lovely sales lady to go on line and see if there were any pics. The cards were over £33 a pack and you had no idea what you were buying! The tantric shop further up has open sample packs so you can see and choose exactly what you are buying. On the plus side the shop had some beautiful crystals that were much cheaper than the other shops so I came out happily with a bag of crystals. Shame I couldn't buy what I went in to get though.

Visited this store for the first time today and it's definitely one of Glastonbury's best hidden little gems! The owner is such a lovely woman, who was so helpful, kind and just a pleasure to speak to Very reasonable prices - will definitely be back again during my next visit.

I have not been to the shop. However beware with buying on the website. Be careful when offered a 'free course' if you buy a promoted crystal. I bought into this and did not receive anything that was compatible with a tablet. The program did not work. I emailed the shop and the reply was rude and I was not offered any help to access the Healing The Healer course. I asked for a refund for the crystal and delivery charge because I only bought the crystal to get the free course. I wasted £12.00 plus delivery. Buy a book on crystals at a shop; learn about them yourself. Save your money.

Wow! The support, help and advice I received yesterday was an incredible example of how customer service should be! The atmosphere of this shop was soothing! Some beautiful examples, and lovely gifts too! I took home a stunning prehlite tower all thanks to the lady that introduced me to the crystal after discussing moldavite. She scanned her prehlite towers, looked at me, and handed me one. It was definitely the right one for me. When you know, you know! Definitely recommend a visit!

Excellent service. I ordered online and I received my item really quickly. The item I received was exactly as described and just perfect. It was very well packaged. The hand written note thanking me for my order was a lovely gesture and very much appreciated.

Fantastic store!! Buy your Chalice Well pendant here, they are much prettier than the ones at the Chalice Well store. I also loved the cards and art by local artists and bought many beautiful cards from one artist. They carry loads of quality goddess statues and crystals and jewelry. Well worth it!
