Unfortunately you cannot choose a Zero star rating so I reluctantly have to give them a 1. I have had a hocking customer service after the truck I purchased from CWS has had multiple issues, including Adblue faults being wiped off the trucks computer 2 days before I collected the truck to hide it’s issues we have since found out from a DAF engineer. After trying to contact the owner to resolve the issues but betting nowhere, he finally came on the phone to call me a “Pest” and hung up on someone who had spent a lot of hard earned money with his company. I have since been asked to send emails rather than call which I have done but have still not received a response. If your thinking of dealing with this company , I’d advise you to move on......they are a joke.
