We have been involved with both the rental and sales side of Tor Estates. We rented a property through them in Street and the whole process with them has been friendly, efficient and professional. Over the 18 months we were in the property we struck up a great relationship with Gabby and the team, they were always on hand to answer queries, dealt with issues really quickly and had a really good understanding of the property. We are currently selling our house through them and again, we couldn’t be happier with the way they have handled things. The economy going into nosedive has made it a bit of an uncertain time, but Mel, Neil and Holly have been really supportive and taken time to really understand the circumstances surrounding everything we are try to do. Would highly recommend them for any rental needs, as tenant or landlord and for their sales.

Gabby, Keeley, Natasha and all at Tor Estates have been absolutely fantastic to work with. I have dealt with countless estate agents over the last ten years in my profession and none have been more helpful or genuine than this team. They kept me informed every single step of the way and answered every question I had (of which there were many) in a very timely manor. I hope I don’t need to use them again any time soon (as I love the property they’ve sourced for me), but when that time comes - they will certainly be my first port of call. I 100% recommend Tor Estates.

Really unhelpful. Told multiple times they get back to me, never heard back. had to chase them a lot. Felt like the lady showing us around was looking down her nose at us. Honestly the worst experience. Don’t recommend at all.

Where do I begin? Simply amazing! We've rented through Tor Estates twice now, moving from a flat into a house as we have a baby on the way. Tor Estates have been the best agency I've ever rented through. Fact. Their staff are highly professional and personable (shout out to Jake and Gabby notably!) and go out of their way to help you even outside of their working hours; literally! Every single issue we've ever raised with our property, which have been minor as they really look after the properties they manage, have been rectified within 48 hours. Coming from London renting where your concerns are not given the slightest bit of attention, they have been nothing short of game changing to be under the management of. I can't recommend Tor Estates enough. Thank you all for the brilliant work you do, you've made renting for us both comfortable and enjoyable. Fantastic service. The team at Tor estates made the whole process of selling our house extremely easy. We were kept informed at every stage of the process, and gave us lots of useful advice. Any questions we had were always responded to promptly and thoroughly. We dealt with Josie for a majority of the time, and we could not fault her. Would highly recommend Gavin Sweeney for mortgages too. Takes all the jargon out of the process, making it really simple, especially handy when we were first time buyers.

Absolutely lovely agency to deal with. They've just helped me purchase my first house and we're so helpful with every step! Super friendly and down to earth, and didn't make me feel stupid for all the questions I had as a first time buyer. Would definitely recommend them, they just made me feel super comfortable with it all.

I was looking to buy or rent a property in Street and Tor had a couple of options. First impressions were pretty bad as they did not respond quickly to communications. Then we saw a rental property we liked and it just got worse and worse. Communications were slow and rude. Agent didnt care that we wanted to understand why they were trying to make us pay over £7000 in deposit when we had offered to pay the entire rental upfront (and had the means to buy the property outright if we wanted!) In the end we sent over all our details, and yet again - no response. Eventually after a few days they email to tell us that they would not put us forward for the rental as we had been 'difficult' by asking a couple of questions. Shocking service. Terrible agent for both sales and rentals. We will never buy or sell a property through them (and worryingly this was our opinion before the rental issue even happened.) They simply don't seem to care.

Looked at a home to rent with these a few months ago, turned up to view the house, was pretty nice although we didn't really get told anything about it but we liked it so tried to put an application in for it and was told to pay 6 months worth of rent for a deposit and 6 months rent up front! Yes you read that right! That's a hole years worth of rent in one lump, even after me and my partner had given proof of earnings. How these stuck up people run this business baffles me
