This is the best music shop I have ever found anywhere. Such kindness and knowledge combined to make a rare combination of inspiration and happiness. Thank you Mark Ty-W for being the man who vacuum cleans the pavement and with it our murky minds, stuck in grimy preconceptions no more.

Yes .I called in on Saturday, found the owner very friendly & tried to accommodate me on what I was asking for. I think that the chap is as sound as a pound. Unfortunately I haven't got enough time, as I'm in Glastonbury on holiday. But will call in next time.

Mark is really knowledgeable and always tries to help customers find the right products for their needs. He does a lot for the community in Glastonbury, and he's always been really supportive to musicians in town and I'm really grateful for how much he has propped me and my husband as His & Hers Theatre Company ❣️

Great range of instruments and a really engaging and knowledgeable owner. Called in to have a look at a dulcimer for the first time and had my questions answered with candour and insight. I didn't feel at all patronised as can sometimes happen when asking basic questions in similar circumstances, and even though I didn't buy anything this time the owner was generous with his time, with an open and honest approach to customer service. Happy to recommend and I will be going back. They even stock UK made, rainbow guitar straps! Cool shop, lovely owner

The owner is helpful and a good source of advice - I am a guitar beginner and he put me right on a few things without patronising me. It's really important we support small indie places like these

Excellent music / instument shop. Well stocked with just about everything a musician could want. Selection of guitars is amazing and some really cool "Guitar Thing Type Instruments". The shop seems to be open most of the time except Mondays but as everyone knows Monday is not a good day and I am sure there is a song in there somewhere. There is 2 floors of musical gear and the owners are friendly and helpful. From strings to cables and guitars to mandolins well worth a visit.

Amazing shop and owner is a lovely helpful man who spent ages with my son sorting out his guitar for him. This is the only place to go for a proper quirky music experience. To the reviewer who only offered one star, I am sorry you found the shop closed, it is a one-man operation, so he may have just popped out - also, it is in Glastonbury where the rules of the normal high street don't apply!

A Tardis full of high quality equipment and instruments and top customer service. The shop owner is always on hand or nearby & if he occasionally pops out for a delivery then the number to call is right in front of you on the door. Quick to assist with queries, expert knowledge on all aspects of musical and sound equipment and the shop has regularly sourced rare items for us. This is a business run as all shops should be: a service of love to the community and an Aladdin's cave of curiosity and wonder.
