Warm (in all ways) and friendly and a little bit quirky. Great breakfasts. Changing hands next year but the new owners aren't changing a thing - if it works don't fix it! Great value, less than 10 minutes walk into Glastonbury town so near the action but quiet, Chalice Well a few minutes away, and access to the Tor not far either.

St Anne's is the best B/B I have stayed in ,Estee can't do enough for you ,it really is home from home Food & drinks: Crisps ,biscuits ,yogurts ,fresh milk ,all available at any time .

This is the best place to stay in Glastonbury. It is a convenient short walk to the best places of the Tor and White and Red Springs, but also to the High street without having to put up with the noise and crowds. Estelle's breakfasts are amazing and every appetite can get well fed. The home is warm, and comfortable, and has its own garden that is a peaceful oasis for both people and animals. I highly recommend the Stargazer room, but all of the rooms are beautiful.

St Annes is one of the best B and Bs that I have ever stayed in. You feel the love as soon as you walk through the door; the views were magical and the breakfast was delicious. My room "star gazers' which had the St Michael's ley line running through it was totally unique! Thank you so much Estelle for creating this amazing oasis of love and kindness - nothing was too much effort and I'd love to return again.

Bit of a walk to the town centre, but this is a great place to stay. Been regular visitors for a number of years and the standard and the welcome is always the best. Small car parking area, but just right for the number of quests. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Glastonbury.

I've been meaning to write a review for ages and had planned to wax lyrically about St. Anne's but rather than waffle, I will very simply say this: when I stay with Estelle & Malcolm, I am home.

Me and my boyfriend stayed for a weekend and it made our trip to Glastonbury even more amazing! Estelle made us feel so welcome, showing us round the whole house and garden. We were welcome to free coffee all day and were cooked the most delicious vegetarian breakfast. We stayed in the Moroccan room which was so cosy and clean. Would recommend as a definite romantic getaway. We shall be coming back again!

We stayed at St Anne's last week , Estelle is a lovely host , probably the best guest house host we have ever met, nothing was too much trouble for her despite the fact she is a VERY busy woman. She welcomed us in and showed us around and was helpful in every way . The house is situated right by the Chalice well and the Tor, and about 10 minutes walk to Glastonbury town centre. The rooms were extremely clean, comfortable, and modern , as were the en suite rooms. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to everyone . Vicky,Sue, and Andy Lane .

Estelle and Malcolm were wonderful hosts for our short stay in Glastonbury. Our room was at the top of the stairs and all set up for stargazing! Great location in an amazing town, we felt blessed to be there for the winter solstice. We'll be back!

We've stayed here twice now on our visits to Glastonbury. There is something truly magical about sleeping in the "Folds of Chalice Hill", with the orchards and sheep nesting on the rising slopes. The breakfast it great and they are very willing to cater to any needs. The first night we were there we ended up sharing a bottle of wine and looking at stars with John. The rooms are festively decorated, lending to a sense of warmth and finery. Also, excellent location for walking to town, Tor or Well. Thank you for how helpful you've both been!
